At the Piroshki Restaurant, we proudly serve Caffe Vita brand. In a city where you can count on a gourmet-style coffee just about anywhere, we feel that Caffe Vita really speaks for itself.

It is an independent local coffee roaster that began in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle in 1995. Caffe Vita is always fresh, imported directly from the farm and roasted on-site.
