Piroshki on Broadway restaurant was found in Seattle in 1994 by Chef-Owner Alla Lyublin. It started as a small Eastern European café, specializing in piroshkies and pastries. The shop was small, but very committed to providing excellent service and creating fresh hand-made food. Guests often appreciated the atmosphere, decoration elements and enjoyed watching daily baking of various goods during their visit.
In 2002, the restaurant completed a major expansion, providing a sit-down, counter dining and a take out. In 2004, the Swedish Hospital location opened for business. Piroshki on Madison was established to provide the same Eastern European cuisine with quick and first-rate service.
For over 15 years, Piroshki Restaurants consistently offered high-quality products and service, and became a part of Seattle's Capitol Hill community. In January 2009, with great pride and joy, Piroshki Restaurants welcomed a new location on 3rd Avenue, in downtown Seattle. This signature store follows in the same traditions that customers came to expect.
Growing over the years, Piroshki Restaurants managed to stay committed to its goal - to provide its customers with fast, affordable and quality food, that is prepared daily from fresh ingredients, without the use of saturated fat or preservatives.
